I love my rose gold Trance Mangalsutra, it’s elegant and modern while still fulfilling cultural requirements and values. Jinal was very helpful, and called us before processing the order to make sure she fully understood our needs for the piece. The only thing about our experience that I wish were different is that the website doesn’t fully explain that the rose gold option is plating only. I wish they had a solid rose gold option, as it’s my favorite metal! The piece is a little pricey (compared to one getting one in Edison, New Jersey), but since we live in Asia, it was a compromise. Overall, we had a good experience and we love the piece.
