Daily Work Description:

  • Quality Control
    • Ensure jewelry pieces are being manufactured in accordance with the sales orders
    • Work closely with jewelry artists and explain them details of the sales order as needed
    • Propose and discuss solutions to resolve quality issues that may arise during the jewelry making process
  • Blog Research
    • Conduct comprehensive research for blog topics
    • Develop draft blog posts as needed
  • Social Media
    • Research, develop, format and post content for Facebook Marketing
    • Respond to customer comments or questions received through social media channels
  • Maintain and manage inventory, invoice and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
    • Data entry jewelry specs and update changes in product inventory
    • Generate estimates and invoices
    • Update customer anniversary, birthday and address information in the CRM

Weekly Work Description:

  • Newsletter
    • Format and schedule weekly newsletters in email newsletter software
    • Transcribe audio interviews
    • Upload newsletter audio files on platforms such as SoundCloud and Youtube
  • Website Update
    • Update website with new information such as new products, images, blog posts and newsletters
    • Review and approve public comments on the website

Quarterly Work Description:

  • Order Supplies and Gifts
    • Order office supplies
    • Research and order gifts for customers and suppliers
  • Website Update
    • Update website with new information such as new products, images, blog posts and newsletters


  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (written & verbal) and Hindi (verbal)
  • Comfortable using and adopting technology products such as Microsoft Office, Google products such as email, drive, Youtube, calendar and contacts, Facebook, Skype and related software products

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the fine jewelry industry
  • Motivated to learn and implement new things for personal and professional development
  • Candidates with GIA certification preferred


  • Position can be upgraded to full-time in 6 months time based on performance
  • Bonus offered based on performance
  • Salary increases will be processed after an annual performance review
  • 2 or more professional references are required
