What if I do not like my custom designs?
We are happy to work with you to refine the custom jewelry design as long as it is consistent with the initial idea you discussed with our jewelry designer. For example, your initial request is for a solitaire diamond mangalsutra but you decide to change your mind and now want us to design a traditional mangalsutra. Since this is a significant design change, it will require us to restart the design process and you will be asked to pay another $997 design fee. However, if you want the designer to iterate on the solitaire diamond mangalsutra design idea, we can provide you with more design options at no additional cost.
How quickly can I expect to receive my custom jewelry?
We recommend you plan for at least 8 weeks to get your custom jewelry. Once you hire the designer, it takes two (2) weeks for us to get the initial design options to you. You will then have two (2) additional weeks to finalize the design and place your order. Once we receive full payment of your custom jewelry order, it takes us four (4) weeks to create your piece and ship it to you. We ship via USPS Priority Mail for orders to be delivered within the United States and FedEx for orders to be delivered outside the United States. All packages are insured and our shipping partners take care of paying custom duty and taxes, if applicable.
Can I return my custom jewelry?
Since custom jewelry is personalized to your needs, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. However, your custom jewelry is covered by our one-year warranty.
Will I get a quality certificate with my custom jewelry?
You will get our official company certified invoice that states diamond and gemstone quality (Clarity, Carat, Cut, Color) and gold details (Karat and weight). For any single diamond size greater than 0.5 carat, we provide a GIA certified diamond, at no additional cost to you.
Can I make changes to your existing designs from your collection?
It depends on the change you want us to make. Please email us describing the design changes you are interested in making to our existing pieces. Our email address is contact@sampatjewellers.com
